Barcan+Kirby, which provides legal services across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, today (17 February) announced the firm-wide rollout of Legl’s client intelligence and client lifecycle management platform.
The Legl platform introduces streamlined, firm-branded client-facing workflows that help clients to complete identity verification, submit forms, and sign documents quickly. Behind the scenes, Legl’s integrated automation and compliance tools provide Barcan+Kirby with enhanced visibility and control over AML and regulatory obligations while reducing manual workload and internal process complexity.
A cornerstone of the partnership has been Legl’s consultative approach. During the selection and onboarding phase, every department and team at Barcan+Kirby participated in process-mapping sessions. These workshops helped align people, process, and technology, enabling the firm to redesign and optimise critical workflows ahead of launch.
Chris Woolley, financial controller at Barcan+Kirby LLP, said: “Our vision at Barcan+Kirby has always been to provide a client experience that is both efficient and genuinely supportive. Partnering with Legl has enabled us to bring that vision to life digitally. What stood out from day one was Legl’s consultative approach – they didn’t just implement technology; they helped us understand and redesign our processes so that people, technology, and workflows work better together. This platform will not only enhance how we serve clients today but will support our growth for years to come.”
