The volume of changes in Microsoft 365 in general has grown by 65% year on year. For Microsoft Copilot, that jumps to 102%.
Whether you’re part of a global enterprise or a smaller firm, the challenge is the same: how do you stay on top of hundreds (or even thousands) of changes each year, many of which arrive with little warning and are enabled by default.
In this webinar, we chatted with James Rodd, co-founder and CEO of ChangePilot by Empowering Cloud, which launched in 2022 to help law firms proactively manage and maintain changes in Microsoft 365. We were joined by Ally Ward, Microsoft 365 product and platform services manager at Norton Rose Fulbright, who is responsible for the Microsoft stack, end user computing and identity and access management across M365 and Azure. Ward, speaking in a personal capacity, discussed how she had moved from a hugely time consuming, manual process, to an efficient and automated one using ChangePilot.
We discussed some of the challenges around the volume and speed of changes and the repercussions of not addressing them in a timely fashion. We also saw a demo of ChangePilot from Ward – including how the process used to work and how it works now – and discussed the future roadmap.
