Invoice-to-cash automation provider nQ Zebraworks has entered a strategic partnership with Minisoft, developer of ARCS3, a leading legal collections and accounts receivable management platform that is used by just over 40% of the top 200 global firms (according to Minisoft’s data.)
The partnership extends full invoice-to-cash capabilities to ARCS3 firms, bringing together the collections intelligence of ARCS3 with the cloud-native bill delivery and online payment capabilities of nQ Zebraworks’ BillQ and PayQ solutions.
Speaking to Legal IT Insider, Bill Bice, CEO of nQ Zebraworks said: “This is an area that’s really important to firms right now and the thing that is really driving them. Think about how many firms have ARCS3, the standard bearer for collections in legal. They have been doing it for decades and have this real depth of capability but customers need a path forward. This partnership givens them exactly that out of the gate: they have all of ARCS capability and we bring the invoice to cash solution.”
nQ Zebraworks has modernised the billing and collections process and Bice said: “We have created a much better user experience for clients. You send a bill and they click on a magic link that takes them to a client portal, which shows all the details of their invoices. They can pull up the relevant invoice and pay online and we put everything back into the financial management system. You’ve got to connect all these pieces. We are providing those magic links to ARCS so customers will have an entirely integrated workflow.”
Bice says that the tie up was client-driven, commenting: “It was talking to customers that brought us together. ARCS clients wanted the full invoice to cash workflow and we work with many clients that work with and love ARCS and would much rather live and work there. This is how they get the best result.”
