In this product demonstration, Paul Wilson, director of customer success at Aiden Technologies walks us through Aiden’s technology stack and how their solution is designed to automate the entire lifecycle of endpoint management.
Aiden’s solution facilitates everything from provisioning new devices remotely to sunsetting devices when they’re no longer needed. Wilson explains that Aiden’s platform is not about replacing traditional tools like Microsoft Intune but augmenting them – filling the gaps and automating the heavy lifting that legal IT teams face every month.
The demo highlights Aiden’s reporting tool AidenVision, a policy-based dashboard that reveals vulnerabilities across devices. It’s ‘desired state policy editor’ allows IT teams to define exactly what should (and shouldn’t) be on each device in granular detail.
Aiden provides automated patch management that is designed to minimise interruptions, stacking updates and reboots to occur at a convenient time.
The session wrapped up with a look at Aiden’s “Continue Before Logon” feature, which ensures that always-open legal applications are kept up to date, rebooting when the application isn’t in use.
