Harvey has hired Joe Cohen as a legal innovation partner: his role will be to partner with law firm leaders to rethink how AI is shaping legal service delivery, business models and firm operations. Harvey says that his focus will be on helping firms formulate and navigate how their AI strategies support long-term business priorities.
Cohen has worked in the legal innovation and technology field for over a decade, most recently at Charles Russell Speechlys, where he was director of Advanced Client Solutions – a team he led the creation of in 2024. In 2025, he ran an in-depth GenAI tool selection process, selecting Harvey. Harvey says that his experience of implementing successful innovation programmes and driving cultural change positions him to partner with firm leaders as they navigate sustained AI transformation.
