Jana Blount, the newly-arrived director of client solutions and digital strategy at Norton Rose Fulbright, reflects on a year of big personal and industry change. 2025 has finally seen legal organisations onboarding new tech at scale and has driven real change. The big focus should be on people, and Blount says: “When I talk about what skills people need to become expert, it’s more around having faith in your capabilities than your experience.”
