LegalRM has announced a series of strategic hires from implementation to marketing, saying it is investing in the infrastructure needed to help it deliver to clients at scale.

The hires, most of which are brand new, are: Stanley Gee, director of delivery; Melda Ozkasim, head of support & customer success; Victoria Grech – chief AI officer (fractional); Naomi Aldridge, marketing assistant; and Denys Bilynskyy, junior technical consultant. Also not announced officially from a few months ago are George Hilton & Nick Kirov, working on LegalRM’s Azure infrastructure.

Founded in the UK in 2006, LegalRM has grown its global customer base quickly as law firms prioritise investment in information governance and records management. Clients include Travers Smith, Ashurst, Stewarts Law and Browne Jacobson. Last year it appointed Peter Lamb as Canadian business development manager and it is growing its North American book of business.

“We are entering a pivotal phase of growth at LegalRM,” said founder and CEO Chris Giles. “Our focus is not only on advancing our technology, but on building the structure, expertise, and operational maturity required to support our clients at scale.”

The news will no doubt be welcomed by customers, particularly when it comes to help with implementation. The new hires in more details are:

Stanley Gee – Director of Delivery
Stanley joins from Morae, where he led the EMEA consultancy team to deliver enterprise legal tech implementations. At LegalRM, he is responsible for global delivery organisation across technical consulting, project management, partner management, and training. A key focus will be establishing consistent delivery methodologies across both internal teams and partner ecosystem.

Melda Ozkasim – Head of Support & Customer Success
Melda brings over five years of experience from the legal technology sector, having previously been customer support & experience lead at Fliplet. She is leading the transformation of LegalRM’s support and customer success function — improving visibility, communication, and responsiveness, while also establishing user groups and a client advisory board.

Victoria Grech – Chief AI Officer (Fractional)
Vicky is working with LegalRM on both product and organisational strategy as it embeds AI into LegalRM. With over two decades of experience across technology, enterprise, and AI strategy, Vicky is also an applied AI expert selected by the Council of Europe, contributing to CDNET on the governance of new and emerging technologies. Her focus at LegalRM is on building AI that is not only capable but governable.

Naomi Aldridge – Marketing Assistant
Naomi joined in January from Big Smoke Brew Co to support Denise Prior and LegalRM’s global marketing efforts – strengthening how it engages with both prospects and clients and playing a key role in supporting its growing customer community initiatives.

Denys Bilynskyy – Junior Technical Consultant
With a background as a full stack developer, Denys brings strong technical capability into LegalRM’s implementation team, further strengthening its delivery capacity and data migration expertise.

Azure Infrastructure – George Hilton & Nick Kirov
LegalRM has formalised its Azure infrastructure capability, led by George and Nick, to ensure client environments are secure, scalable, and high-performing – while also enabling faster provisioning of development and sandbox environments.

Giles said: “We’ve been investing heavily in the next phase of LegalRM’s growth – not just in our technology, but in the people and structure that underpin how we deliver for our clients.”
