Stella Legal, a fast-growing UK-founded legal technology consultancy, has partnered with contract lifecycle management provider Sirion as a flagship implementation partner. Stella Legal was founded last year by Tyson Ballard and Alyssa Kokilah and in the space of 12 months grown to a team of 110 people, headquartered in both London and Phoenix, Arizona. Ballard and Kokilah previously worked together at tech consultancy Syke, which is now part of Consilio.
Stella’s experts will be embedded with Sirion’s clients to help with implementations.
Speaking to Legal IT Insider, Ballard told us: “We’ve been really lucky to work with really large enterprises from the get go, in Europe, the United States and also the UAE, where we’ve just done our first three projects.
“For us, in terms of partnerships we want to go deep in a few tools that we know are really trusted and have a great roadmap and can do everything from selection to configuration, migration and integration, but our area of speciality is around change management. A lot of tools are nothing if people don’t use them, so driving adoption and a return on investment is key for us. It’s not about switching a tool on, but the ongoing adoption of it that matters.”
Puneet Bhakri, chief revenue officer of Sirion, said in a statement: “As a pioneer in the CLM space, Sirion is redefining the category with agentic AI to operate with the judgment and precision of a seasoned practitioner. As we continue to lead the shift toward AI-native contracting, partnering with specialized firms like Stella Legal is critical to achieve that vision. Their deep legal operations expertise and AI-first approach help customers realize value faster and stay focused on business outcomes rather than software interfaces.”
