We discussed the transition from push to pull in terms of demand for technology and the emergence of new roles to support adoption across the firm. With his other hat on, Craske has led on the creation of a legal AI charter under the umbrella of the Legal IT Innovators Group (LITIG) and we discussed the progress that has been made in creating an AI benchmark.
